Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock OICI's Food for Progress initiative in Cote d'Ivoire is working in conjunction with this ministry to ensure that OICI's project is complementing the national goals and projects enacted by the ministry.

District Assemblies OICI's Ghana Enhance program always works with local District Assemblies in the regions it operates in toe ensure that the development program works in collaboration with the district's own development priorities and plans. By co-planning with local District Assemblies, OICI is able to ensure program sustainability and is able to ensure local capacity is built. |

Ghana Health Service OICI works with the Ghana Health Service on both OICI's Enhance and Hope programs. In both instances, the Health Service works with OICI to ensure that the programs being implemented are complementary with the health goals and objectives of the government. |

Ministry of Food and Agriculture OICI works with the Ministry of Food and Agriculture on the Ghana Enhance program to ensure that the program complements the goals and services of the government, and to ensure program sustainability by increasing government capacity. |

Guinea National Agriculture Research Institute This institute focuses on providing agricultural services and training to NGOs, state agricultural services, and to farmer groups and individuals. The institute hosts OICI FarmServe volunteers who provide training to extension projects and is also helping to improve soil fertility as part of OICI's Food & Livelihood Security project.

Ministry of Technical and Vocational Training OICI FarmServe volunteers are hosted by two agricultural and environmental schools run by the Ministry of Technical and Vocational Training; the volunteers providing agricultural production training. |

Office de la Haute Vallee du Niger (OHVN) This administrative public enterprise, which provides agricultural services to over 600,000 people in Mali is currently hosting OICI FarmServe volunteers who provide training in: increasing productivity; improving incomes; and improving production techniques. |

Regional Office of Agriculture This government office provides services to communities that often do not receive NGO assistance for reasons of incompatibility with their objectives or a lack of accessibility to essential resources. The office hosts OICI FarmServe volunteers who provide training to community beneficaries. |

Office RIZ Segou This public establishment, which helps to improve living conditions in Segou, currently hosts OICI FarmServe volunteers who provide agricultural intensification and vegetable production training. |

| NIGERIA |
State Agricultural Development Programmes OICI works with State Agricultural Development Programmes in Abia, Calabar Cross River, Ebonyi, Imo and Rivers State. These institutions strengthen agricultural services and promotes agricultural production and intensification. The institutions hosts OICI FarmServe volunteers who provide training to farmers, farming groups and cooperatives. |

Nigerian Agricultural Cooperative and Rural Development Bank This government established bank provides microcredit services to individuals and cooperatives. The banks provides loans to youth enrolled in OICI's Nigeria JOBS program who have completed microenterprise and vocational skills training. |

National Directorate of Employment (NDE) This federal agency designs policy that is geared towards reducing unemployment amongst youth. OICI has provided training to some NDE staff in microenterprise development; these same staff now providing training to their agencies beneficaries, and they also assist in training OICI project beneficaries in Nigeria. |
