Global Bamboo Products of Eastern Ghana promotes the use of non-traditional agriculture and natural products in order to reduce the pressure on timber resources in the country. The company currently hosts OICI FarmServe volunteers to provide training in natural resource management, establishing agricultural enterprises, and marketing agricultural products.

The group seeks to improve the mode of practice of traditional medicine by the adoption of codes of conduct and practice. Community Participation for Action in the Social Sector (COMPASS) COMPASS aims to create an environment in which all Nigerians are involved in learning, planning and improving health and education in their communities.
