Company Description: OIC International (OICI) is an international non-profit organization dedicated to building self-reliance and entrepreneurship through sustainable technical and vocational skills development. We believe in empowering individuals, institutions and communities through the transfer of knowledge and skills.

Joining forces with the Opportunities Industrialization Center, which we have discussed about before, we aim to be a leading and self sustaining voactioanl skills training insutution that exists to

contribute to the human resources development of the youth of the Ghana population to aid them to earn a better living for themselves, their families and those around them.

Our main goal is to contribute and hopefully aid to wipe out the unemployment and poverty situation currently among the youth of this 3rd world, underdeveloping country.

Technical Service Coordinator in Kenyasi Gahan

We are looking for someone to join the folks at the OIC International Ghana branch as a Technical Service Coordinator. Our ideal employee must be open minded, willing to get their hands dirty and possibly do and experience things that may be out of their comfort zone -which may not strictly be a part of their job role (such as attending to the sick and injured or playing football with the loyal kids)

A Master degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline or that equals to similar experience. We would potentially need someone with at the very least 5 years professional experience in implementing and managing agricultural and livelihood development so that we know you can provide the best possible information and skill trainings to those who need it the most. You will also need to be able to manage the development of the actives of the community as well as their households.

Regional Finance Officer

Working closely with the other members of the Finance team, the Regional Finance officer ensures the team’s compliance with OICI’s policies and procedures, with generally accepted accounting principles, donor’ financial reporting and regulatory requirements.

Ideally to be best suited for this role we would be looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or equivalent in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.

A Professional accounting qualification such as charted accountant (CA) or certified public accountant (CPA) is highly preferred.
